Hello,
I have a Swim 200 Energetics MP3 player bought from Intersport for swimming and running. I can no longer charge it with my PC as it suddenly asks me to update the driver. I tried with another PC, and it's the same. The problem is that there is no driver available for this device. I don't know what to do.

I had this problem and Intersport did a standard exchange for me.

I went to my store, Intersport.

I went to my Intersport store.

They refused the standard exchange. They were not aware of the bug.

Could you please let me know the procedure you followed? That would be nice.
