ACPI\VEN_ASD&DEV_0001 unknown driver

Good evening,
I have a problem; I have an unknown driver but I don't have its update since I don't know what it's associated with. Here is what it is: ACPI\VEN_ASD&DEV_0001.

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

    Download this driver --> AMD
    and place it in your documents.

    Right-click on the driver --> AMD ASD WB64A.zip
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "AMD ASD WB64A\"

    Go to Device Manager.
    Right-click on the device
    Update driver
    Browse my computer ......
    Choose from a list of drivers...
    Have Disk
    Browse
    Go to your documents
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> AMD ASD WB64A
    Folder --> WB64A
    Select the file --> AmdAS4.inf
    Restart.

      I am in the select your device type but I can't find the provided disk unless I missed something and when I downloaded the AMD link it was already unzipped apparently I don't know if the computer does it automatically but I remember that before I had to unzip my addons for my online game so basically I'm stuck here on the select your device type I think I should choose graphics card but I'm asking you first and thanks for your help.
