My laptop running Windows 10 does not recognize my MP3 player (((

I have already updated the USB drivers through the control panel but nothing.

    Can you provide more information about the brand of your mp3 player?

      I have 3 Cowon and never had any problems with my old Dell PC running Windows 8.
