Remove PUA:win32/utorrent

Hello everyone, my Windows Defender detects this thing PUA:win32/utorrent?
I uninstalled uTorrent, I ran AdwCleaner, Ccleaner... nothing worked.
Do you have any tips to help me remove it?

It's Windows Defender that detects the uTorrent executable.

Yes, it's Windows Defender that detects it even though I uninstalled Utorrent with Revo.
