Hello,

I can no longer connect my printer via Wi-Fi to my network. In my device manager, it says drivers not installed (code 28). I have tried everything regarding the software available on the HP website, including updates and a restart cycle.

Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller
Run it as administrator
Uninstall all HP printer products
Carefully follow the tutorial to uninstall everything properly, including residual folders and keys.
Restart the PC.

Reinstall the printer with this driver --> Photosmart C4500

Hello Kaneagle. Thank you for your response. I have downloaded and executed the steps of your software for uninstalling the printer software. However, the restore points have failed and the reinstall link above is defective since it leads me to no driver. Looking forward to hearing from you.
