Hello, I'm posting this little note because, to my great surprise, a while ago in the middle of May, I ordered a pair of men's sunglasses from the brand Balmain during a sale that took place on the very famous and usually trustworthy showroomprivé website. When I received the package in June 2020
As a regular user of Balmain sunglasses, I noticed a few strange things. First, the box inside wasn't the right one, while with other Balmain sunglasses, it's always the case. Secondly, Balmain sunglasses usually come in an additional cardboard box, but this time there was only the small leather case, and there wasn't even a little cloth to clean them, etc. On top of that, the manual was actually from a completely different Chinese brand. That afternoon, we went to an optician to have them adjusted to fit my size, particularly the arms, etc. Once there, the retailer, a specialist in luxury brands, didn't take five seconds to tell us to stop because your sunglasses are counterfeit. The sunglasses came from the Balmain Moschino sale. So in my opinion, if I received counterfeit copies during this order, then everyone who ordered must be in the same situation as me

No surprise here.. Counterfeit sales via SRP are not uncommon and continue despite numerous promises that it won't happen again..
Report the matter to DDPP 93:

Reporting the facts to the 'Rights Holders' is a good thing.. They have fierce Lawyers specialized in Intellectual Property Law..
