realtek hd audio 2nd output not connected

Question

Hello,  I am on Windows 10, and I can't activate my headset or my earphones. I updated the driver, but it still doesn't work, and I still have Realtek HD Audio 2nd output not connected.  Any solutions?  Thank you in advance for your response. Have a nice evening,

hello  click on the Windows+R keys  in the window that opens, type control panel and click OK  in the control panel, click on "SOUND"  on the page that opens, check if the speakers are set as default  see you later  -- the radiation level is higher at the employment office than at Chernobyl

re  I can't get my headphones or earphones to work  Is it a jack plug connection?  Is your PC a desktop (tower) or a laptop? Hello,  Press Windows + R Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.  Do you have a section --> other devices?  What do you have in audio, video, and game controllers?  Brand and model number of the PC? hi  Honestly, I'm hesitating since it's a work computer, is this the only solution? Will it work afterwards?   Is it your computer or the one from work?  That being said, whether it's one or the other, it needs to be updated  See you later
