Hello,
I ordered figurines from a website worth €150, and later I received an email about custom fees (the message to pay this amount, which I did). Today, while checking the status of my package, I see it's in my city, great! Then I receive a message: "a cash-on-delivery notice must be paid online before delivery due to COVID-19," followed by a link. I clicked on it, entered the tracking code, and they sent me a security code to my number. Then I was met with the same message I received in the email, the customs fees I paid, and logically, they should have been taken into account since the package is in France now. I don't understand what a cash-on-delivery notice is, even after researching online, I don't know what to do. It states that the payment of duties and taxes is pending for this shipment; does that mean I'm going to be charged? Yet that was two days ago, and when I click to test "pay now," it takes me to a page that cannot be found. Does this mean it’s already settled and I can’t pay again? I must admit I'm extremely stressed.
