Problème pour scanner Envy 5020Résolu/Fermé

Bonjour
Nouvellement inscrite sur ce site, je remercie d'avance si une personne pouvait  me venir en aide.
J'ai acheté il y a un mois à peu près un nouvel ordinateur et j'ai un problème pour scanner. autant depuis l'ordinateur qu'en passant par l'imprimante elle-même
Message marqué : scanner en cours d'utilisation.
Je suis allée sur 123hp.com qui n'a pu résoudre le problème.
Mon ordinateur est un Thomson NEO 17 C 8SL1T et mon imprimante une Envy 5020 (série 5000 DAEOA6)
