Hello, my Optiplex 320 tower won't turn on anymore. I press the power button, the button blinks orange and nothing happens, no sound at all. I took off the side, changed the battery, and it's exactly the same. No noise, the screen doesn't turn on, it seems like a blown fuse. I changed the power cables and tried a different outlet, but still nothing. Thank you for your response.

    Good evening, I checked as it is written, I don't have much trust, but the power is there, I unplugged a power supply from the motherboard, it's a 4-pin white and square connector with 2 yellow wires and 2 black wires, when I unplug it the cooling fan starts running, if I plug it back in everything stops. Is it the motherboard short-circuited, or something else, thank you.
