PC not charging: light comes on then goes off

Hello,
I bought an HP Omen 15 laptop before going on vacation. At first, everything was fine, but since I disconnected my laptop from the power adapter, the problems started. Indeed, I plugged it back in, and then there was an issue: the charging light on my laptop comes on and then goes off. I tried another outlet (B) and it works, so I thought it was an issue with outlet (A). However, when I unplugged my laptop from outlet (B) and plugged it back in, the same thing happened: the light comes on and then goes off. Currently, I'm on vacation with it, and none of the outlets work; they all do the "light comes on for 1-2 seconds and then goes off" thing. Does anyone have an idea? I'm at my wit's end, especially since now the laptop has no battery left...

    Hello Fullteuf,

    Welcome to the CCM forum :)

    Remove the power supply and the battery from your computer.
    Hold down the power button on your PC for 30 seconds.
    Replace your battery and power supply.

    Turn on your PC.

    Is the problem resolved?

      Hello,
      I had already seen this tip on the internet, but the problem is that my battery is not removable and I'm afraid of losing the warranty by opening the case and handling the battery...
      Is this the only solution?

      In this case, if the battery is not removable.

      Turn off your PC.
      Unplug the power supply.
      Hold down the power button on your PC for 30 seconds.
      Plug in the power supply and turn on your PC.

      Is the problem resolved?
