Blocked basket in Kidicom Advance

Hello,

For the past few days, my son has been unable to delete photos from his Kidicom Avance gallery, the same goes for videos. The trash logo is crossed out, yet there are plenty of photos and videos.

I have no idea how this happened, nor how to fix the issue, help please :-)
