KidiConnect connection failure on Kidicom advance Closed

Hello, My daughter has had a Kidicom Advance since October and until this week it was working fine, but for the past few days, she can no longer access KidiConnect from her Kidicom, it says "connection failed" ... does anyone know why and how to fix the problem please? Thank you!

Hello, I have the same issue with my son's Kidicom Max. It tells me that it is not connected to Wi-Fi even though it is connected. If anyone has a solution for this problem, please? Thank you!
