Hello, my daughter received a Kidicom Max as a gift, and when I try to register it, it says that Explora Park has been under maintenance since yesterday morning. Is this normal?

Hello, is the problem resolved? Because I bought this tablet for my daughter, and I wanted to set everything up before Christmas, but it's impossible to register the device as the site is under maintenance.
