Hello, my daughter received a Kidicom Max as a gift, and when I try to register it, it says that Explora Park has been under maintenance since yesterday morning. Is this normal?

I contacted them but they can't do anything. It can take 2 days or 15 days to wait... I find it unfortunate to sell a game that doesn't work.
