Incorrect sender address

Hello,

For a few months now, I haven't been able to send my laposte.net emails from my iPhone. The following message appears: "Email sending failed: the sender's address is incorrect."
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled everything multiple times, but nothing works. However, I can send emails via my computer, which is not a problem when I have access to it.
I hope someone has the solution: I don't know what to do anymore.

Hello, I had the same issue. I restarted my phone and my pending emails were sent.
However, on my computer, it's a total nightmare, especially since the interface changed.
I thank La Poste for taking the necessary actions.

Thank you for your response, but restarting the phone doesn't change anything: the emails refuse to send, indicating that the sender's address (that is me) is incorrect ????????????
By the end of the lockdown, this story is going to become really problematic...
