Unable to send an email but reception possible

Hello,
I have a little problem with my mailbox; I can receive emails but cannot send them. I checked the outgoing server, the port, and everything is in order. I don't understand what's happening; when I want to write, I am automatically in a preformatted mode with the signature, and there's no space to enter my email between the signature and the top of the writing page. I don't know what to do; please help me to see more clearly. Thank you in advance.

    Hello Acerol

    1)-In tools --> Account settings --> "outgoing server (SMTP)"
    - Check the settings of this SMTP.
    - click on "Edit" if necessary

    If that's done see


    2)-In "Account settings", click on the left on
    "Composition and addressing"
    - Click on "Global composition preferences",
    then on "General"
    - At the bottom right click on the "Delivery options" button.

    A window opens in which there is a dropdown list.
    it is necessary to display: "Send in text and html formats".
