Flashing red LED issue

Hello,
I bought a TNT television of the smartech type and I regularly have the red LED flashing?
What should I do? Unplug and reconfigure the television? Take it to a repair shop like ATV? Thank you for your response.

      Take the battery out of the remote to check if that's where it's coming from.

    Hello again;
    I unplugged the television, waited 5 minutes, plugged the television back in, and the same observation. I removed the batteries from the remote control, tested the batteries (batteries are fine) and still the same blinking. I think the infrared electronics are no longer working (infrared receiver of the television? emitter?)? What should I do?

      You need to remove the batteries from the remote without putting them back to see if it’s not the remote that’s sending an action.
