Sending a package with Chronopost

Hello, I need to send a package via Chronopost, but since Sunday, April 12, it has not been possible to complete the online shipping process. After filling in "Sender, recipient details," an error message appears: "The ESD is not valid." I contacted customer service on Tuesday, April 14, who confirmed the same issue and asked me to try again in a few hours, stating they would escalate the information to resolve the problem. On Wednesday, April 15, I tried again, faced the same issue, and contacted customer service once more, receiving the same response. It is therefore impossible for me to send the package with declared value; what should I do as this problem is still ongoing at this moment? Thank you.

When entering the sender's address, the site usually suggests an address that closely matches the one you provide... This is the one you should validate.

However, for "weird" addresses (place names, rural areas, etc.), it doesn't always work... and the address is not recognized.

The quickest way is to prepare the documents at a Chrono agency (and not at a post office).
