Chronopost package pending

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy J3 on Cdiscount on November 20, 2017 (from the seller Smarter). I received a confirmation email explaining that DPD would transport my package from Ireland to France. They gave me my package number, and when I went to the DPD website, I saw that my package was last scanned on 21/11/17 at 21:30:30. They also mentioned in the email that the package would take a maximum of 3 days to arrive in France, and that once in France, Chronopost would handle the delivery on the 28th. I went to the Chronopost website and tried to track my package with the Chronopost tracking number, but it still hasn't arrived. It has now been 4 days, and I am starting to worry. This is my first order on Cdiscount, and I am unsure how they operate. Please provide me with updates on my package.
