Hello, I'm looking for some advice..
My sender shipped my package on 02/02/2021, and my package was blocked due to missing invoice on 02/02/2021 as well. As soon as I saw that, I asked my sender to send the invoice. I already had a hard time with that; I called every day to get my package unblocked.. Finally, it was unblocked on 02/10/2021. I was supposed to receive my package on 02/11/2021 since it’s an express package from France to Montreal.
However, since 02/11/2020, my package has been in Memphis, still in transit with customer code FDX.
Should I start to worry? Knowing that it’s a very important package.. and that it has been at the same spot for almost 3 days without moving while I paid €75 for express delivery..
