Bonjour à tous,
je profite quelque peu du confinement pour essayer de résoudre un problème qui dure depuis plusieurs mois...

Je subis des reboots intempestifs de mon PC avec toujours le même message : THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER
J'ai parcouru divers forums et essayer les choses de bases : nettoyer l’intérieur du PC, tester mes barrettes de RAM, reinstaller windows 10 mis à jour mes drivers, installé d'ancien driver de ma carte graphique. Mais rien n'y fait, il plante toujours. Par contre, quand je retire les driver de ma CG, pas de probleme ...

Je ne sais pas si ça peut aider mais j'ai eu le même problème, j'avais contacté la maintenance car ordi sous garantie qui m'a dit de réinstaller Windows 10, ce que j'ai fait mais ça n'a rien changé.
J'ai fait comme le disaient les forums pour la carte graphique en vérifiant les pilotes...
Ca n'a rien changé et parfois, ça plantait plusieurs fois par jour, parfois rien.
J'ai fini par envoyer l'ordinateur en SAV (j'attendais car ordi ASUS donc il faut envoyer l'ordi en Hollande, ça peut prendre du temps !).
Je viens de le recevoir donc je n'ai pas eu le temps de le tester, surtout qu'il faut tout que je réinstalle mais en tout cas sur le compte rendu de réparation, il est indiqué que le problème venait de l'écran donc ils l'ont changé l'écran.
