Hello,
I can't open the nano SIM card slot of my brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite even though I'm using the removal tool provided with the device and following the method illustrated in the user manual. I have been trying for hours, unsuccessfully! I can't believe it was already stuck, since it's brand new and this is the first time I'm using it! There must be other ways to do this than just inserting the tool perpendicularly into the hole and pressing! I'm waiting for more detailed explanations.

Hello,

You need to push fairly firmly, without twisting the provided tool. So make sure to hold the needle between your fingers while you push.

  It's exactly what I'm doing without succeeding. Maybe you have to hold the device in a certain way to allow for a sufficient impulse to open the drawer; I don't really know what to do anymore, I've tried everything. I must be particularly useless, sorry to have bothered you.

Hello,

On some devices, there's a spring and you only need to press a little bit to eject the card. But on other devices, you have to press really hard because there's no spring. I have a Samsung tablet and a Motorola phone that are like that. The first time is a bit scary...

  Pressing the stylus is what I've been doing for hours and nothing works! There must probably be another method.

  1 second is enough... you feel a little resistance and the sim/sd drawer comes out.
