Instagram connection issue: "Sorry, there was a problem.."

Hello,
It has been 3 months since I've been unable to log into my Instagram account from the app on my phone (iPhone 11).
The same message always appears: "Sorry, there was a problem with your request."

I can log in without any issues from the internet browser on my phone or from another phone.

I don’t understand where the problem is coming from.

I have already changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and tried to reach out to Instagram via emails but have not received a response.

If someone knows the solution, it would be a miracle for me; I'm really fed up!

I’ve been having exactly the same issue for a week now, I’ve even changed my phone and restored the backup but I think the bug must come from the backup, it’s infuriating, I don’t know what to do, I’ve literally searched EVERYWHERE.
