Hello, I have a problem with my Instagram account, it says this: "We detected an unusual login attempt
To protect your account, we will send you a security code to confirm your identity." The problem is that I no longer know the email address I used to sign up for Instagram, so I have no access to my account. Does anyone have a solution? I'm attaching a screenshot.

Hello, I have already read this and it doesn't answer my question, I can no longer log into my account and I don't remember the address I registered with. I need to confirm a security code that I receive on my email to unlock my account...

Help is offered on this link for an attempt to recover the account when the recovery address is forgotten. However, if the help provided on this link does not work (no miracle), account recovery will be impossible.

For your information, there are no other options than this link in your case.
