Photo issue

Hello,
My daughter has had her Kidicom Max for a while now and she can no longer take photos because an error message says "the camera has stopped." Does anyone know how to fix the problem or reset the device to factory settings? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.99

    I just had the same issue.. My son has had it since Christmas.
    The reset didn't change anything... I will contact Vtech
    Did you find a solution?
