Hello, following a previous issue that is still unresolved, I accidentally uninstalled the Word application and after resetting my PC, Word did not return. I was advised to reinstall my Office suite, but now there’s a new problem: the Office installation is stuck at 2%. My connection is good, and I've disabled my antivirus. I also tried installing Office via the Microsoft Assistant, but the same thing happened; I let it run for nearly 2 hours and eventually canceled the installation, which apparently was also stuck. I wanted to mention that I uninstalled Office from my computer, but I haven’t really dared to touch the applications like PowerPoint and Excel... I don’t know if that’s causing a blockage. I really hope you can help me; I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed, and it’s quite urgent that I resolve this issue.

Hello,
If you still have Office applications and Office is not completely uninstalled, in that case you can repair Office, which is actually what you should have done the first time.
If Office is still one of the installed programs go to the Control Panel==> Uninstall a program==>select Microsoft Office==>click on Modify==>a window will appear check Repair and then Continue this will repair Microsoft Office, see below in the image:Click on the images to enlarge
If Office no longer appears in the installed programs:
- Either you uninstall it completely using this Microsoft tool
- Or you contact Microsoft, for me this is the best solution because it's their product and they are there for that, you can reach them at 01 85 14 81 59 from 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday, see also this page.
