Audio or video playback issue on Huawei P20 Pro

Hello,
I often use my smartphone to watch videos and more, and I've recently encountered some issues related to playing different audio or video files. Once this problem occurs, I can no longer launch any videos or audio files, and I have to restart the phone.
The types of affected applications are all streaming apps (YouTube, Canal, Netflix...) and apps with audio files (like Duolingo).
Another problem arises when I try to restart my phone; the option to power off or restart no longer appears, so I have to force the shutdown when I want to turn off the phone.
Is there a solution? (other than resetting the phone, but if not, I will do it)
