For those who were not successful, you need to log in to the site amazon.de, which is the German site. Once logged in, all the information is in English; you just need to go to subscriptions and cancel Prime.

  A huge thank you!!! I had the same issue and I called asking to speak in English. It wasn't an easy task, but the gentleman was lovely and patient, and on top of that, he told me that the two months of withdrawals would be refunded! And the subscription has been canceled as it should be.

Easy to decipher, it's a subscription to Amazon Prime (TV subscription), try it for 30 days but forget to cancel during that period, for example.

Did you find another way to cancel this besides disputing it?
I'm experiencing the same thing; I have a withdrawal from AMZNPrime DE with a location noted as "amzn.de/info." I have the impression that it's a fraud and not Amazon at all, but I wanted to hear from you before I start panicking.

  I had the same problem after placing an order on the Amazon.de site; it's the German version. Sometimes certain offers are more attractive on the German site. I also had to accept the Prime option and was charged €7.99 per month for a while even though I wasn't using the service since I already have the French version. I'm trying to request a refund, but it's going to be complicated. So be careful if you order from the German site to make sure to cancel the Prime subscription in your customer area on the German version of Amazon.de.

I had the same problem as you.
You probably placed an order on Amazon in Germany and accidentally accepted Amazon Prime for €7.99.
The DE stands for the site in Germany.
You need to contact them to cancel the Prime subscription.

Hello, I had exactly the same thing with Amazon.DE (German), you have to go to their website, then your accounts, subscriptions, prime, and cancel the option, request an immediate stop to get the refund.
I don’t even know how I ended up subscribing to their prime.
