Hello,
After several contacts with customer service, they are asking me to re-register my credit card on my Amazon account, otherwise they will not be able to process the refund of the amounts wrongly charged, which I do not wish to do. Moreover, they have again charged €5.99 on March 23, 2020, which means they still have my bank details... Do I really have to re-register my credit card to get the refund? Thank you for your help.
