I see a charge of €49 on my credit card that I did not make on 21/06/2016; I believe it is a SCAM. How should I proceed to get a refund? Thank you for the information.

Hello,

if you're talking about Amazon and if you've subscribed to the free month of the premium offer, the renewal to the paid offer happens automatically.
To cancel and get a refund, you need to contact Amazon.

If you have taken the Amazon premium trial, there is no need to call your bank
They will not refund you anything

stop making multiple requests at the same time,

if you read carefully, the closest message is at least 4 months old, we're not going to respond to you in no time.

Moreover, regarding the €49 charged, it is for the Amazon Prime account that you need to unsubscribe from to stop being charged.

For €33.50, you might be a victim of a scam...

Check your Amazon profile for purchases that have been made (or maybe someone in your family to whom you’ve given your credit card information)... otherwise block your card...

Yes, it’s a scam on Amazon.fr and Amazon.com. The solution is to block the withdrawal and credit card, and file a fraud report with the bank.

And even with Paypal, they could do it.
I understand that you might be upset, but please do your research first.

The scam occurs starting from the Amazon.fr account via amazon.com. You go to https://www.amazon.com. Transactions. Copy the order number 000-0000000-0000000.
