Hello,
I have had a problem with my USB connectors since last Friday, as they no longer recognize any devices. I have already searched the forum and none of the solutions worked, so I decided to post a message.
I have already:
Uninstalled the device and then restarted so that Windows would reinstall it properly.
Tried to update it but Windows tells me that it's already up to date.
Checked the BIOS to see if the USB ports were indeed enabled (I couldn't find where it was, but I could see my USB ports in the BIOS)
Thank you.
