Hello everyone!
I have installed Norton Deluxe 360° on 5 devices: 1 W7 computer, 2 W10 computers, 1 tablet, and 1 smartphone.
On my Norton account:
- when I click on "My devices": all 5 devices are displayed correctly
- when I click on "Manage licenses": only the tablet and smartphone are displayed (none of the 3 computers are shown)
Moreover, on one of my computers, the Norton icon in the notification area indicates that I have 6 days left instead of 366 days like on the other devices.
As usual, thanks in advance for your advice.

Good evening everyone!
Since any solution found can help another person on the forum with the same problem as mine, I am coming back to you this evening to share my solution.
As the Norton Uninstall Tool, uninstalling Norton from the Windows Control Panel, as well as reinstalling the product (over the existing one) did not solve my problem, I used "Revo Uninstaller" to remove all traces of Norton from my 2 computers not recognized on my Norton account. I then reinstalled Norton Deluxe 360 individually on each of the 2 computers (and not by sending a download link).
It worked. My 5 devices are recognized as "Protected" and not "Inactive" on my Norton Account and they are indeed using the latest version of "Norton 360".
Have a nice evening. -
Hello everyone!
I'm getting back to you because any information provided can help anyone facing the same problem as me.
The issue with the W10 computer showing "6 days" instead of "366 days" is resolved.
You just need to remove it from the "Devices List" and then reinstall the Norton product on it.
It now appears in "Manage Licenses" along with the tablet and smartphone.
However, my 2 other computers (W7 and W10) appear in my account under "History" and are marked as "Inactive" (even though they are displayed for 366 days).
Thank you in advance for your feedback.
