Unable to create a Facebook Business Manager account

Hello,

I have a problem since last week: I am trying to create a BM account without success.
I fill in the fields, click on Submit, and nothing happens except for the following message at the top of the screen: "an error occurred while processing this request. please try again later"

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Is it a bug with FB and should I just wait for it to get fixed?

Hello, same here, I have been trying to create a Facebook Business Manager account for 3 weeks now and I keep getting the following error messages: either "Your account is limited" when I don’t even have a Business Manager account yet because I want to create one, or a message saying "This feature is currently unavailable." I have already tried from another personal account, to no avail. Is it a bug? Have you found any solutions? The FB support service is not responding.

Hi, I have a similar problem but I don't know if it's the same as yours: when I click on create an ad, nothing happens and the creation window is empty and I can only click "back"...

I have the same problem, it's been over two weeks since I've been trying, I wrote to support, they are not responding to my requests.
The problem:

Hello, I am also encountering a similar problem.
When I entered my information (public name; Facebook name; work email) and clicked on "submit," an error message appears.

Has anyone found a solution?

P.S.: It seems to be related to a account issue, probably due to the account creation date (I imagine that if the account was created several months ago, you won't encounter this problem).
Because in my case, it works with another Facebook account than the one intended for this purpose.

I'm at my wit's end, I thought I was the only one. I can't create a business manager account linked to Shopify, I'm getting the same thing and I don't know what to do. Any response? Please.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but I tried again late at night with my husband's personal account, and this time it worked.

So I think it really is a bug if it works only one time out of two.
