Hello,

I can't access my Facebook anymore. I'm trying to log in but they want me to confirm my identity. I have the choice between two options for the security check. Either I approve my login on another phone or another computer, or I ask my friends for help. I choose "approve your login on another phone or another computer." It says "to continue please approve this login on a phone or computer you have previously used," I do it but it doesn't work (I've done it several times!!!), I also took the second option but my friends can't find the code. NOTHING IS WORKING
I just want to use my Facebook peacefully, I don't even understand why I have to go through these steps!! Please help me, thank you very much!!

    The appeal form can be found in this article from CCM: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/27312-mon-compte-facebook-est-desactive-comment-le-reactiver

    If you send your ID, Facebook's response takes months.
    In the meantime, you can't do anything (especially not create a new account, as that's against the rules).

      But my Facebook hasn't been disabled and neither has my Messenger; my friends can still see me on there. Apparently, there were people who tried to log in, and that's why they want me to confirm my identity. The problem is, I'm stuck on step 2; it gives me "logging was not approved," but why is it doing this to me??

      And even when I wanted to send them my ID, they didn't want to because my Facebook wasn't deactivated.
