Hello, I would like to know if a person is notified when their administrator role is removed from a Facebook page? Thank you.

Hi!

She will not receive a notification telling her that she is no longer an administrator of the page.
So if she doesn't notice on her own that she no longer has access to the settings and statistics of the page, she won't know.
