Hello!
Recently, my parents' computer has stopped functioning. That is to say, the Acer logo appears with the Windows (10) loading circle, then the PC stays on a black screen... I've tried several times to access the BIOS using the F2, F12, Delete, and Escape keys without success (if I spam it, Windows starts, if I hold it down, it gets stuck on the logo but no BIOS) I'm wondering if anyone has a solution and especially if this BIOS is accessible...
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
We need to provide the model of the PC..? Acer makes thousands of models.
To access the BIOS, you need to press the key well before the LOGO...
The motherboard battery may be dead.. it should be at least 3 volts.
Here’s already a starting point... to be continued.

This is an Acer Aspire V3 771G
I press the keys as soon as I have pressed the power button
The BIOS access key is F2 right at startup and before the logo finishes
On some machines, the BIOS access key is disabled, so you need to enable it by pressing F2 at startup and selecting setup, in the menu... select MAIN and below enable F12 boot menu it needs to be [enabled] ==> save & exit, restart and access the BIOS with F12
What does it mean ???
This PC came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit ... so if it doesn't work anymore, it's either that this Windows is corrupted or the hard drive has faults... It's a shame, it was a nice PC (for a laptop)
Have a good afternoon!
