Hello, I have an old recovered computer from Dell, Optiplex 7010. When I turn it on, it says /: the system startup tool is searching for problems on your system // the search takes a long time, and then it indicates // that Windows cannot automatically repair this computer // after which it shuts down.

Hello

Windows or HDD is dead... So either do a clean reinstall of Windows, if it shows errors during installation well... Hard drive... So it needs to be replaced.

So, we need to change the hard drive, but is Windows and all the BIOS and everything that goes with it included? Sorry, but I don't understand much, thank you for the answer.

Hi,

No, a new hard drive means reinstalling Windows.

The BIOS has nothing to do with the hard drive; it is stored in the EEPROM of the motherboard.
