Hello, you need to remove one side of the bracelet. When you turn the watch over, you must remove the side of the bracelet where it says USB. When you pull on the bracelet, make sure to pull firmly as it is hard to take out.

Hello, I just got the Week Plug 18+, it charges by removing the bracelet on the buckle side (you need to pull pretty hard) and then charging it with a USB plug.

Hello. When I received the watch, I turned on Bluetooth, downloaded the ZONERO app, turned on the watch, and paired it. To pair, you need to go into the app, then go to 'Device' at the bottom of the app and press 'Pair', and the time will appear. Good luck, let me know if you succeeded.
