Hello,
Since this afternoon, while I was emulating on Citra, my Wi-Fi network, my troubleshooting service, my firewall... well, a bit of everything stopped working.
It started after I restarted my computer. To try to "boost" the emulation, I followed tutorials that suggested permanently deleting files by entering W+r "Temp", then "%temp%", and "prefetch". I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Also, I looked on other forums, but none mention Windows 10, so I’m stuck. It was mentioned to run cmd as an administrator, which I can't do (it doesn't give me the option to run as an administrator), and to enter commands that don't work:
net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
net localgroup Administrators /add localservice

exit

Thank you for trying to help me by explaining the steps well haha.

Hello,

In general, yes, you mess up Windows by following poorly made tutorials or using cleaning software.

Press Windows + R
Type msconfig
In General, check "Normal startup"
Then restart the PC

And if that doesn't help: Repair Windows 10 without losing data
