Broken smartphone photo recovery

Hello,

I have a Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, it fell on Friday night and since then the screen doesn't turn on. The touch screen isn't broken but it's obvious that the LCD behind it is damaged. The phone turns on because you can hear it when pressing the restart button.
My big problem is that I would at least like to recover my photos because I have been documenting construction over the past 4 months and I have all the progress. When I plug it into the computer, it appears as an unspecified device because I can't enable USB debugging...
Does anyone have a solution for my problem?

I thought of that first, but the price of the complete screen is almost the same as the price of a new phone...
That's why I would like to find another solution if there is one.
