Hello,
While trying to fill out my tax return, I had to provide an appendix n°2047. However, when clicking on it, I receive the following message:
"Due to a technical error, your online declaration has just been interrupted.
The previously validated data has been saved.
You will be redirected to the home screen in order to continue your online declaration.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused."
This problem persists even after trying several times. Does anyone know if this is an issue with the site or if there is something I can do, please?
Thank you in advance.

The error is on their end, so it's not possible to correct it via your PC.

I know, but it's a bit complicated when we have until June 8 and the site isn't working and we clearly can't call easily.

Yes, I received confirmation that the error came from them, so I was advised to file a paper declaration!
