Instagram "your account security has been compromised"

Same, to celebrate the New Year I get this message again tonight...

It might be due to a bug from a new Instagram update... In any case, it's unbearable.

Happy New Year to everyone as well.
Regarding Insta, the year ended badly (see first message from 11/15) and the new one is starting poorly.
The problems I have faced:
- repeated error messages "Your account security has been compromised..." in November
- mandatory password changes multiple times a day
- inability to like or follow
- (I activated two-factor authentication, and there was a lull in early December, whether due to that or not, I'll never know)
- since just before Christmas, my account has been "deactivated because it does not meet the conditions..."; the error message says "Find out how to recover..." but there is no link.
- nothing to do whether from my smartphone or a desktop computer
- I submitted a complaint form that must have gotten lost in the depths of the internet
- the "forgot password" feature doesn't work because the site responds "unknown user", but it can still send me a confirmation code (two-factor auth.) to my phone, go figure
- I tried in vain to create another user account with a different email address and a different username: error during registration and when I try again, the site indicates "a user is already using...". So I try to log in with the new username, and the result is "error".

With the new year, I give up. Death in combat.

Thank you for the help, but I think I am in a "desperate" situation.

That is to say:
1/ I uninstalled Instagram from my phone
2/ I restarted my phone
3/ I reinstalled Instagram on my phone
4/ In the meantime, on Instagram via my PC, I changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication
5/ I checked, when I go to "revoke access to suspicious third-party applications," it says that there are no permissions granted to third-party applications

Despite all of this, after 30 seconds of using Instagram, I still get the same message, asking me once again to change the password... :(

In a way, that reassures me ^^
So for now, the only solution found... is to create a new account.

Same for me, but now whenever I try to like a photo or subscribe to an account, I get the message "action blocked."

I have the same issue; if anyone has a solution.

Alright, thanks... It would still bother me to have to create a new account.

I'm going to try that too then. Because from Monday to Saturday morning, there was no problem, it didn't give me the message anymore and I could like and subscribe normally. But since Saturday (and still currently), I'm having the same problem as the previous weekend. And it's really frustrating after a while :(
