Compromised Instagram Account Security

Hello,
For the past hour, my Instagram account has been displaying a compromised security warning, indicating that I seem to have shared my account with someone to gain more followers and likes, and I need to reset my password, but I no longer remember the password.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.1.2

Hello, I’ve been having the same issue since yesterday afternoon. I’ve never used a site to get likes or followers. When I change my code, it works for 30 minutes and then the same issue comes back.

How did you manage it? Were you able to find a solution to this problem?
