Hello,

I’ve shared a link to a screenshot from Instagram. This message basically says that the security of my account is compromised because I supposedly shared my password to get "likes," which I did not do and am not interested in at all.

But anyway, I changed my password thinking it was probably just an automatic prompt.

The problem today is that this message appears every 10 minutes and I can no longer use the site or the app properly.
If anyone has a solution to offer, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hello,

    We just tried to open Instagram in private browsing mode on a PC and clicked on 'forgot password' at login.

    From the password reset email, we right-clicked on the 'reset password' button and chose 'open in a private window.'

    There I was able to change the password and it successfully logged me back into my account.

    Then on my phone, I cleared the app's cache and logged back in with the new password.

    We’ll see if it holds up over time.
