Bug with my funk TV decoder

Hello,
Following the use of a new universal remote (the other one being out of order), I have a display bug on my screen.
No reception.001 appears on the decoder.
When I channel up, channel 10001 appears.
When I press 1 or 2... it displays invalid channel!
Can someone help me out?

Configuration: iPad / Safari 605.1

    Apparently this remote control is not compatible and sends incorrect signals...;-(

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and plug it back in.
    If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      Thank you very much! I finally remembered that I had an old decoder stored somewhere. I found this remote control and, with a bit of perseverance, managed to unlock everything. I had already used the solution of unplugging everything, as well as the reset; maybe I just didn't do it long enough...
      But it's very nice of you to have tried to help me. I felt less alone in my countryside.
