Sound issue with my new Canalsat decoder Solved

Question

Hello,
I installed my new Canalsat decoder like the previous one, but half of the channels have picture but no sound. The other half are working normally.
Has anyone had the same problem? And what is the solution to the problem?

Hello, if you have no sound on your Canal Sat terminal on the HD channels and you have the new interface - white letters on a black background - go to menu - my TV - settings - audio settings and then choose auto and validate

There are about 50 different models of Canal Ready terminals (for TNTsat or Canalsat or Canal +).... + the rentals.. !!!

Indeed, I didn't have sound on the HD channels.
I went to Menu Settings Sound, I clicked on "default settings." They changed automatically, and I heard a low sound. I just had to increase the volume with the remote, and everything was back to normal.
