Canalsat decoder issue causing glitches

Question

Hello everyone

For the past few hours, my Canalsat decoder ( http://www.telesatellite.com/articles/pieges_des_contrats/mediasat.jpg) has been turning off and on by itself.

I unplugged it... But the problem persists. Any idea what the issue might be?

Yes, thank you, I just saw that the pho doesn't work.  It's a Mediasat decoder.  Could it be due to bad weather?

mediasat? mediasat+ or mediasat max?
turn it off, remove the card, turn it back on, reinsert the card, check your antenna connections, unplug, plug the antenna back in
please note that your mediasat will be replaced, free of charge by Canal, with the HD WiFi Cube decoder (replacement of all mediasat decoders)
it could be due to a heavy shower, but after rebooting it should work again...
if it doesn't work anymore, contact Canal... and demand the replacement of the decoder (you will then receive an HD WiFi Cube, the mediasat being abandoned by Canalsat)

hi

if it glitches during bad weather, it's normal; the clouds are charged with energy that disrupts the satellite signals. When this happens, you need to wait without doing anything and it will return to normal.
