My SFR Box TV 8 won't turn on. Solved

Hello everyone. I don't know if I'm in the right forum, but I'm sharing my problem: I have an SFR Box TV 8 and an SFR ADSL Box. Yesterday I changed the WIFI password and then restarted my TV Box. However, since then it won't turn on... When I plug it back in, it lights up, a loading screen appears on the TV, and then it turns off. At that point, I have no control at all, even using the remote and pressing ON/OFF does nothing, the light stays red. I've already unplugged everything including my ADSL Box, but nothing changes... What do you recommend? Thank you.

Hello I hope your problem has been resolved by now You need to press and hold the power button on the remote for a few seconds (that will restart the decoder) your problem should be solved otherwise have you tried starting it with "Ok SFR"?  Thank you

Same for me after changing WiFi credentials. So RESET at the back of the TV box, and it starts again, we reset everything. This box is still a bit temperamental. It’s been glitching quite a bit so far. And that ever-present red light when it's off, too noticeable, it hurts my eyes.
