Why won't my Freebox TV turn on?

Hello,
So here it is, I went away for 3 weeks, so of course I unplugged my Freebox TV, and when I turned it back on, it doesn't work. The "FREEBOX" screen appears, I hear it spinning, then it turns off and restarts. I try using my remote control = impossible & when I turn on my TV it says "no signal"!
I have, of course, turned it off and on again, and also rebooted the Freebox! Nothing works!
I was told to do a "hard reboot," unfortunately, I don't know what that is!
So if someone could help me..

Just a little clarification because I just had this issue as well. When returning your TV box, remember to turn off all devices connected to your TV box (TV, DVD player, external player, etc.). With my old Orange box, if I turned my DVD player on and off, my box would switch to UCR and I couldn't change channels anymore. I had to reboot my box. I had the same issue with Free TV. I turned everything off, unplugged and reconnected my Freebox TV, and bingo. It works.
