Steelseries Arctis 5 2019 Very Low Sound

Hello everyone,
So I bought an Arctis 5 and I'm already encountering a problem. Once set up and plugged in, the sound is extremely weak; the headset is connected via USB, but when I plug it in via Jack, the sound is just perfect! I also tested plenty of USB ports and nothing changes.
So I don’t know where the problem comes from. If anyone knows, I’m attaching photos of the configuration:

Hello,
On this headset, there is a potentiometer on the USB cable that allows you to adjust the volume of the sound coming from Discord and the rest. Set it to the middle or all the way to the left.
On the left ear cup, there is a general volume potentiometer.
